What We Do

Heavy Parts Group supply a broad range of undercarriage parts for heavy machinery.

HPG undercarriage component range is typically aimed at the 2 to 120 ton market sector providing:
track groups, track link assemblies, track rollers, carry rollers, idlers, sprockets, segments and other undercarriage hardware for excavators, bulldozers and other crawler machinery.

Track Chains

KMF and STF chains are manufactured to suit the smallest chained machines through to 120 ton machines, with link pitches up to 317.5mm. Santer's Sealed Grease Lubricated (SSGL) chain has design features to set it apart from competitors. All chains are forged from boron steels to give longer chain life. Excavator track is warranted for 2000 hours / 12 months.

Track Groups

Track groups are manufactured to suit the smallest chained machines through to 30 ton machines. (Groups to 80 tons have been fabricated for the Asian market). Santer's sealed grease lubricated chains have design features to set them apart from competitors. All KMF and STF chains are forged from boron steels to give longer chain life. Excavator track is warranted for 2000 hours / 12 months. Lijing nuts are used on all groups.

Sprockets & Segments

KMF produces a range of sprockets to suit machines up to 120 tons. Its forged segments are made for bulldozers and other large tracked machines. Segments are made to suit most popular machines.

Rollers & Idlers

KMF forged roller range is tougher and more durable than cast equivalents. Rollers are available up to 120 tons.

EXCAVATOR BUCKET TEETH

Forged teeth have superior abrasion resistance quality resulting in longer working life.

These teeth are around 10 to 20 times more durable than cast teeth under similar usage.

As a production-oriented enterprise engaged in forging, casting, machining, heat treating and fitting, Quanzhou Huamao Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd (hereafter referred to as “KMF”) has always been committed to developing and manufacturing the undercarriage parts of various types of construction machinery and vehicles since its establishment in 2004.

Santer Machinery

Santer is a specialist steel forging, machining and heat treatment enterprise. STF is the brand range for crawler undercarriage parts. Santer has extensive experience and technical knowhow in using boron steel alloy. STF branded products range comprises chains, track groups, segments and sprockets which are imported into Australia.

Santer’s products are currently exported to over 20 counties. STF branded products have been sold in Victoria and NSW for the past 2 years. Santer is capable of producing chains to order and have produced chains with pitches up to 317.5mm. Undercarriage parts are available for most popular brands used in Australia.

Lijing Fastener

Lijing Group was founded in 1983. Over 30 years, Lijing has grown to have three major factory sites, covering 12 hectares. The company produces grade 10.9 – 12.9 high tensile nuts and bolts for heavy machinery.

Lijing has computerised production lines for intermediated frequency heating, forging assembly lines, automatic multi-duty cold forging machines, heat treatment lines and precise mold processing. Lijing has a world-class research and testing laboratory. They are equipped with spectral analyzers, multifunctional material testers, metallographic microscopes, magnetic particle flaw detectors and 3D scanners to ensure dimensional tolerances.

HPG exclusively uses LJ branded nuts and bolts in the assembly of their track groups.
